As a church plant, we currently meet on Sunday evenings at New Progressive Baptist Church.

Who We Are

Calvary Chapel Reason for Hope is a fellowship of believers in the Lord Jesus Christ. Our supreme desire is to know Christ Jesus and be conformed

to His image by the power of the Holy Spirit. We are not a denominational fellowship,

nor are we opposed to denominations as such, only their over-emphasis on the

doctrinal differences that have led to a division in the body of Christ.

As a new church plant, we believe in the fellowship (koinonia) of all true believers in Christ Jesus (1 John 1:3, 1 Cor. 1:9). We place a high priority on the gathering of the Body of Christ together to "provoke one another to love and good works" (Heb. 10:24). We also place a high priority of “teaching the whole counsel of God” verse by verse. With the “whole counsel of God” we get the “whole character of God” (Psalm 40:7, Luke 24:44).
